Lakeview Methodist Skilled Nursing
An 85,000 SF, 72-room skilled nursing facility in Fairmont, MN delivered on a design-bid, build basis with $2M in electrical scope.
LEC negotiated the LMSN project with longtime customer Kraus Anderson. Highlights of this project included 72 rooms, backup generator, a café, gift shop, large social rooms, multi-purpose rooms and physical therapy spaces.
