Holden House
Holden House is a four-story, 142-room high-end apartment facility in St. Paul, MN, created by renovating four abandoned buildings, where LEC served as the negotiated design-build electrical contractor on roughly $3M in electrical scope.
Four abandoned buildings were purchased to be renovated into one cohesive high-end apartment living facility. Project highlights included two electrical services, a generator, underground parking, and the entire design of all electrical services and lighting. LEC was also an investor in this project.
