Safety is the first thing we plan and the last thing we compromise. In 2023 our crews logged 275,000 field labor hours with zero lost-time incidents. We carry a workers' compensation mod rate of .78, we participate in the ABC / MNOSHA safety partnership (Level 1, 2026), and we are an ABC STEP Award recipient.
