Hemingway Industrial Centers
A 232,000 SF, two-building industrial center for which LEC served as Design Build Contractor, providing the shell electrical including a 3000 Amp service, fire pump, lighting, power, and heaters.
Our role in the project was to install a 3000 Amp service, fire pump, general purpose receptacles, interior and exterior lighting, and power up heaters for the shell of the building. This building is set up to provide for future tenants, and our job was to get the electricity ready for whoever decides to move in. We worked with the architect and the GC to fully design the electrical for this job.
