Crown Cork & Seal
A 127,000 SF design-build expansion for Crown Cork & Seal that accommodated a new high-speed aluminum can top press line, upgraded the facility to a 4,000 AMP electrical service, and added fire alarm, network cabling, and fiber optic systems.
Design and build-out expansion to accommodate new high-speed PDP (aluminum can top press line) and preparation of future PDP. Involved complete replacement of existing general lighting and receptacle locations, along with several new feeder panels, and office modules. Upgraded to new 4,000 AMP electrical service, new transformer pad and service.
Feeders to PDP line, air compressors, grinding and baling equipment, as well as air quality improvements, and preparation for anticipated second PDP line. Extended fire alarm system into expansion, and installed network cabling for all equipment and new back-bone fiber optic system in the facility.
