Randy started in the Mankato office in the late 1980s. He is the main point of contact for all service and general contractors in the area. His knowledge and dedication to the satisfaction of our customers is unparalleled.
Rachel Marquardt

Rachel excels at a number of different tasks at LEC, including payroll, benefit administration, accounting as well as so many other things!
Patty Sorensen

Patty worked as a biller in litigation for corporations and law firms for the last 20 years. She joined LEC for a change from legal to construction and to work closer to home. In her free-time she is active in 4-H where she volunteers in several project areas and have a seat on the 4-H Federation. She also enjoys watching sports, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Mike Lovich

Mike leads all operations functions at LEC. This includes but is not limited all hiring initiatives, review processes and ensuring that we are providing a culture that is second to none in the industry. In addition, Mike is often the first point of contact to meet with new business partners and to represent LEC in the marketplace. Mike also helps to make sure our growth and expansion efforts are continuing to push the envelope to keep the growth of our brand on point.
Matt Bergmann

Matt oversees both the Waconia and Mankato branches providing oversight over every department ranging from project management to human resources to financial oversight and much more. Matt is also the face of the company and works with nearly every customer, vendor and complimentary partner to help all of these partners achieve success. Matt handles all fiduciary responsibilities and oversees human resources as well. Matt is typically our clients first point of contact and the face of the company to end users, customers, vendors, subcontractors and others in the industry.

Kurt is the go-to at LEC for anything service related in our Twin Cities office. In addition, he is the go-to person for special projects, small project management as well as estimating and project management leadership to help guide our field teams to success.

Jake Radford

Following a successful career as a project manager and estimator in the Waconia office, Jake was promoted to VP, Mankato division when Laketown Electric acquired Javens Electric Inc in the summer of 2018. Jake is the day-to-day manager of all employees, project teams and human resource functions for our southern division.
Dan Palmer

Dan joined LEC after a career that has had many important positions at Parsons, Kilmer and MP Next Level to name a few. Dan is a savvy electrical estimating and project management veteran that brings a high level of service to all of the projects that he manages. Dan specializes in municipal, education, underground and specialty projects.
Brad Reich

Brad is responsible for cultivating the financial team’s culture to support LEC’s growth initiatives and collaborating with our bank and bonding company business partners.He also leverages our technology investments to better serve customers and stakeholders alike. Prior to joining LEC, Brad spent over 25 years in public accounting serving closely held companies accounting, tax, financial/strategic planning, risk management and information security needs.
Brad Pyan

Brad started in the Mankato office in the late 1980s. Brad runs many of the large awarded commercial and industrial projects for our Mankato office once we are awarded them. He also is consistently meeting with our industrial clients to help them achieve their goals.
Adam Von Behren

Adam joined LEC in 2016, and has since been promoted to General Foreman and Senior Project Manager. Adam oversees a large book of business with many of LEC’s best customers and also helps drive the operational missions at LEC.
Amber Denzer

Amber performs a number of tasks at LEC including accounts receivable, job costing, AIA billings and fills in anything else that the office asks of her in an administrative role.
Andy Kerber

Andy joined LEC in 1998, during that time, Andy has supervised LEC’s most notable projects ranging up to several million in electrical scope. Andy is the head liaison to our field employees for technical questions and clarifications. Andy is responsible for helping our foreman run successful jobsites, oversee scheduling, and project planning.
Bobbie Gothmann

Bobbie has been in the lighting industry for 16 years. Her previous job was with a lighting agency, Davis & Associates. The right opportunity opened at the right time for her to join LEC and to work closer to my hometown. She likes to spend time with family & friends. She also enjoys walking, biking, bonfires, traveling, gardening, skiing and ice fishing.
