Joe Niesen

Joining LEC in 2017 as a journeyman, Joe worked his way into being the #1 leader of the field at LEC. He helps train in new journeymen and foremen in running successful job sites. Joe also leads employee development, performance reviews, hiring and continually pushes the envelope into having LEC be an employer of choice. In his free time, Joe enjoys giving back to the community, softball, spending time with his family, and the occasional Busch Latte.
