Sean Voss

Sean brings nearly 20 years of leadership in enterprise technology and operations to LEC. He recently led large-scale automation and AI initiatives for a Fortune 500 medical device company. At LEC, Sean focuses on building the systems, tools, and processes that empower our teams to work smarter and drive confident growth. He is passionate about finding ways technology can serve the people doing the real work in the field. Outside work, Sean is a husband, dad to two adult kids, creative writer, gaming enthusiast, and a guy who almost always has a side project in progress, usually involving technology, a good story, or both.
