LEC donated $5,000 in wiring to Mankato’s Feeding our Community Partners Backpack Food Program. This work included the wiring of additional coolers and freezers that support FOCP’s mission. Since 2010, FOCP has supported students in over 30 schools in seven school districts. This program provides meals on weekends and over school breaks to solve the food insecurity issues so many students face. Since 2010, FOCP has served over three million meals to school age students in need!
