What You’ll Bring:
- Class A MN Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid MN Driver’s License
- Familiarity with email and project management software (Procore experience preferred)
- Self-starter mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MN Class A Journeyman License required
- Commercial & Industrial Electrical Experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed on construction sites with varied temperatures, noise, dust, and debris.
- Some travel between job sites may be required, though most work is local.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Occasional trenching and confined space work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with national codes and regulations.
- Work on construction sites to build and renovate electrical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical tasks safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project layout.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and logic controllers.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to integrate electrical work with overall construction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following strict safety protocols.
- Manage project documentation through Procore software.
