Ridgeview Professional Building

LEC was Ridgeview’s electrical contractor and engineer on the 122,000 sq ft Ridgeview Professional Building that was completed just adjacent to their home hospital in Waconia, MN.  This project scope was over $1 million dollars including buildouts.  LEC completed construction on a two-story 42,000 square foot completed summer of 2016.  LEC also was awarded contracts for a 18,000 SF specialty clinic on the 5th floor and buildouts for Twin Cities Orthopedics.
